Thoroughly impressed with the service provided by BMW of Ramsey, and specifically, Ben Abramov. My X3 went in for a routine, self-diagnosed oil change, but Ben alerted me that one of the side safety sensor Ramsey, and specifically, Ben Abramov. My X3 went in for a routine, self-diagnosed oil change, but Ben alerted me that one of the side safety sensors was not responding properly. He kept the car and ordered the part and kept me in my loaner until it was fully resolved. Ben was great communicating with me about the issue and the part status and made the entire service event an absolute pleasure. My X3 was detailed and looked and drove great when I picked it up.
