I purchased my first car from James. I had no idea what the process was and he did an excellent job guiding me through everything. He was very patient with me to the very end. We were able to connect as we both had similar backgrounds and that's what really helped me through the first day I was at the dealership. While i was very happy with the salesperson (Kelly Grant), I am having a lot of problem with the used car that i bought from them. I am usually not fond of Car Sales people and initially did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. He was a pleasure to deal with, was able to answer any questions I had, neve did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. I had heard that other BMW dealers were not customer friendly but that was not our experience at BMW of Ridgefield.
