I live within ten minutes of a BMW dealership. After doing my homework, I decided to purchase a new BMW, the closest proximity dealership never even responded to my inquiries. Jack Polman is truly a wonderful salesman, listening to your needs and did not let me settle for a car in the lot, we ordered to my specifications. I will be taking my service to this dealership too. Now my husband wants a BMW and we will be back to see Jack. More
