I recently traded my 2004 BMW 545i for a 2007 BMW 550i from BMW of Ridgefield. My experience there was very pleasant. All of the staff there are courteous, friendly and extremely knowlageable about the fine cars they are selling. I can't tell you how any times in the past that I have gone to other dealerships to which I know more about their product than they do! My sales associate Bob was a virtual encyclopedia about BMWs...it was GREAT! He called the next day to see if everything was up to my expectations...are you kidding? I haven't stopped smiling since I drove off the lot! Five stars to all the staff there! I'll coming be back! More
