In the past three years, I have found the Service Department to be equally committed to providing outstanding customer service. Each of my service visits have been handled with respect for my time, and thoroughness (no need to come-back because they did not have a part in-stock or had overbooked for that day). I was looking for a 5 series manual loaded and looked for about 3 months. I went to multiple dealers who didn't have what I was looking for and when I went to see James at BMW of Ridgefield he took down my i about 3 months. We really wanted a CPO 328i and were having a hard time finding the right one at the right price. James spent a lot of time digging around the inventory between Ridgefield & Bridgeport. Although I absolutely LOVED my Audi All-Road Quattro, I would not go back to Danbury Audi because the Service Dept. was awful. So I bought a BMW and have been delighted with my salesman, and all the peopl would not go back to Danbury Audi because the Service Dept. was awful.
