I chose to wait while my car was serviced, as I was told the wait would be 90 minutes. The wait was 3 hours! I was there to have my rear view mirror remounted and was told the windshield would have to be re the wait would be 90 minutes. The wait was 3 hours! I was there to have my rear view mirror remounted and was told the windshield would have to be replaced so decided to forgo replacement. Instead of reinstalling the mirror as it was when I arrived, service left the dissembled mirror on my car seat, leaving me with no rear view. The visit was unprofessional and poorly communicated.
