The service I received today at Ridgefield BMW was excellent. I had to replace a tire, they got me in right away fixed it and all well the time frame that they originally provided. Cannot trust service department going forward. They did not monitor brake pad wear on any previous visits, wonder why? Sometimes when you go along with all the various fluid flushes, filter replacements, alignments etc., you can be taken for a fool. More

This was my second terrible experience at BMW of Ridgefield (746 Danbury Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06877). I paid thousands of dollars for repairs that didn’t fix the coolant leak. Both times the car was returned dirty and still not properly repaired. The second time, I was promised a rental — after waiting an hour, I was told none were available. Now my move to a new state is delayed, my job and housing are at risk, and all I’ve gotten from the staff are repeated apologies. I would not recommend this service center. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. More

Fantastic BMW dealer! I had an amazing experience when I purchased my new all-electric BMW i4 M50 sedan. What a wonderful car! The service department as well is top notch!
