Administrative support staff are pleasant, mechanics capable, but there’s a disconnect in between. Had oil service last week that was frustrating and overpriced…received video inspection at 10 am. I asked for status at 2pm and the advisor sent me the same video as if it were new and suggested I leave the car overnight for recommended work, which was impossible as it is a 90+ minute trip in the opposite direction of my office (3 hr round trip.) Also frustrating:I had an email offer for oil service special from the dealership that I received 3 days before, but was told it expired. (And then I received a mailed offer -exact same- 2 days after the service.) Made a new appt for the additional recommended work- a week ahead- for 8:15 am. Left car and heard nothing until after 5 pm when I got a text that car would not be ready until next day. That was two days of interruptions to my work ferrying cars when I planned for one. 2 tires and rear brakes scheduled in advance take over 8 hours? Super inconvenient. Arrived next day at 9:50, car was promised for 9am, but car and paperwork weren’t ready yet. Girls at counter were helpful however and got things written up. I miss Yarneni who always took pride in her service! More

This dealership just gained a new customer in me. When the drivetrain warning light came on in my X3, I had to find a BMW dealership close to my home for service. I had purchased my car from a diff When the drivetrain warning light came on in my X3, I had to find a BMW dealership close to my home for service. I had purchased my car from a different dealership, much further away, but unfortunately was not able to get the proper attention to my problem in a timely/convenient manner with that dealership’s service dept. So I called BMW Ridgefield and was able to schedule an appointment which also offered a loaner car while my car was in service. The service department at Ridgefield BMW is literally the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never received friendlier, more professional, caring and efficient service with any vehicle I’ve ever owned. Jessica is particularly amazing - she knows her stuff and took beyond great care of me and my car. I appreciate her and the entire service team - they’re amazing and I’m so grateful. THANK YOU JESSICA!!! More
Nice place. Good folks. Amazingly expensive. Got a sharp loaner, but no explanation of where things were and no manual in the car. weird. Good folks. Amazingly expensive. Got a sharp loaner, but no explanation of where things were and no manual in the car. weird. More
