Starting with the purchase, I was shopping around and visited their location few times and have met many educated people. The place is extremely well maintained and clean that my kids can't wait for the next visit. WiFi, coffee, background music and a work desk :) . We (my wife and I) told him what we were looking for and he delivered. Jim Hutton (manager) was very professional and pleasant to work with as well. Jim pushed his team along and help expedite the sale. We were in and out within 3 hours and managed to get an amazing deal on an X5 as well. Then there was a gal named "C.C." (not sure how she spells it) in the finance department....she was a sweetheart! My wife and I could have gotten out of there about 30 minutes earlier, but we were actually pretty entertained by C.C. I was selected to lease the BMW Active E, which is a 100% electric BMW. It is a field test car with only 700 cars being leased in the U.S. it took nearly 11 weeks to get the car, and throughout that time, electric BMW. When I took delivery of the car, I met Pablo and he was excellent. Pablo is very gracious, good at explaining the car and it's many features, and makes himself available for anything you need from sales to service appointments, etc. both Roland and Pablo followed up with me after I took delivery of the car. I love the electric BMW and appreciate the great service at this dealer. More
