I was offered a tour of the dealer including their spotless service department and introduced to the sales manager Matthew Vazana, who could not of been a nicer person. I was able to test drive numerous cars with different options and equipment packages until I found exactly what I was looking for. Sammi spent time with me going over all of my purchase and lease options without being rushed even though I did walk through the door 15 minutes before they closed. After talking with Sammi for some time I realized that he really cares about his customers and his job, he went the extra mile to make sure I was 110% satisfied with my lease. The process from from beginning to end was a pleasure. My car was ready when promised and Sammi went through all the options and features with me. When we arrived at the dealership looking for a CPO BMW we entered the new car showroom. We were greeted promptly and graciously escorted to the used car showroom where we were introduced to our salesman, we entered the new car showroom. We were greeted promptly and graciously escorted to the used car showroom where we were introduced to our salesman, Mr. Frank Sands. We visited the dealership because we'd seen a nice looking CPO 335 online, but it was on the edge for me from a mileage perspective. When I asked Frank about the car he said it had been sold. Not to worry, setting in the showroom was a great looking 328is with sport package that had 1/2 the mileage of the 335i that caused us to show up in the first place. I asked Frank several questions about the car and the CPO program in general since this is the first time I have purchased a CPO vehicle and Frank answered each question quickly and thoroughly. Frank demonstrated a great amount of knowledge about the entire purchase process. Frank made the entire purchase experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills. Everyone I encountered was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. More
