my wife and I went to Bavarian BMW in Shelby, mi looking for a car for her. We also visited Meade Lexus the prior day and was just wanting to make a comparison. At first when we got there several people saw us there looking at the 3 series they had in showroom, but none of them would even glance our way. We were actually about to leave when this salesman can in from outside and asked us if we needed help. We would have bought the lexus if it wasn't for Mr. Berry helping us. He was spot on and in 3 months our 328 xi was delivered as promised. All salesman should take a lesson from him. Down to earth, no pressure kind of guy. We love our new car and we're thinking about getting one for me now. More

I got in there "just to take look". Meet sales Rep Jim Berry and he show us the different options available, the we Test drive one of the cars and love it. After much research and looking, my wife decided she wanted BMW X1. Being a new model we were expecting to have to buy new for the popular color (Valencia Orange) and equipment how we wanted.
