Eric is not a dealer, he acts like your friend. My first visit to Eric's office goes back to almost a year ago. I really liked talking with him to find a car, since his behavior was totally differen My first visit to Eric's office goes back to almost a year ago. I really liked talking with him to find a car, since his behavior was totally different than a normal dealer. Dealers do their best to sell a car to you by pushing you for different options and calling back different times. This makes most buyers uncomfortable since they know there is a catch when a dealer calls you or push you for options. I left his office with no success to buy my car but I had my hope and I was right. Eventually, I bought my used car from him a couple of days ago, watching how supportive he was to resolve my concerns. He was like bigger brother tried to handle a situation for his younger one in the dealership he works for. Dave de Haan, the financial manager, was also very kind and could help me to save some money along with a very good warranty plan. Matthew, the sales manager, was also very nice to satisfy me for my trade-in car. More
