She let us test drive several convertibles, was sensitive to our need to get back to her later, listened to our top priorities, explained the ins and outs of leading vs buying, and I think she worked way past her normal time to get our new car ready for us to take home. She also arranged the trade in with the now separate Mini Cooper dealership, took photos of us with our old car and pried the specialty plate off to make sure our new 230i convertible could go home with us on a Saturday. There was no pressure. Just helpfulness. And her follow up throughout the whole process was personal and caring. Before we drove off, she explained all the bells and whistles on our new car and made sure she answered our questions. It was a wonderful experience in every way. More

Actually, I drove out to this specific BMW all the way from Northville because a friend had told me about the stellar service they received just a few weeks ago from David Ugorowski. Coincidentally, I was greeted by the one and only AWESOME client advisor David Ugorowski! He was as great as she told me he was. Instantly, my edge wore off. He's a genuine person and has a soft approach, unlike many of the senior client advisors at other dealerships. I'm a Realtor, so I spend most of my day haggling deals with other Realtors... It was nice to not have to go through that for 1 day. He was VERY fun to work with and made this such a seamless transaction. He completely had my best interests in mind and guided me in the right direction when I needed it and didn't know something. The level of service I received from him was BEYOND extraordinary. He made sure that I got a great deal and some. He completely went through the car and thoroughly explained everything about it to me. I'm still literally floored. This industry needs more salesman like him, he actually cares about his clients! He was a wealth of knowledge and is definitely a huge asset to this location. To the owner of this BMW location, take note: Be careful-- I WILL try to steal him for my Realty team ;-) The sales industry needs more honest people like him, it's becoming a rare commodity. Superior Service and Care at BMW of Rochester Hills I had spent over 6 months looking for the perfect vehicle and BMW of Rochester Hills happened to have exactly what I was looking for. After contacting I had spent over 6 months looking for the perfect vehicle and BMW of Rochester Hills happened to have exactly what I was looking for. After contacting the Sales Manager, I was pointed to Tanya Murray who was absolutely amazing in answering questions and helping me coordinate logistics (I was flying in from out of town). I arrived with my wife and the car was sitting in the service bay spotless and ready to go. All of the financing paper work was filled out and ready to go. The transaction took less than an hour and I was on my way. I couldn't recommend Tonya and the folks at Rochester Hills BMW any more. I'm even considering making the trip from out to state to buy my new BMW! More
