Professional and Courteous We had been looking/researching preowned vehicles for over a year. We looked at and drove vehicles from Audi, Acura, Ford, Buick, Infinity, Nissan an We had been looking/researching preowned vehicles for over a year. We looked at and drove vehicles from Audi, Acura, Ford, Buick, Infinity, Nissan and BMW. We live in Grand Rapids, MI and just could not find the right vehicle, features and price point we were looking for. We extended our search radius and found a CPO X5 at BMW of Rochester Hills. We were in town for the weekend attending a friends wedding and had limited time. I called the dealer early Saturday to verify the car was available and they put me in touch with Erick. He sent us out on a test drive and sat down with us after to answer our questions. We came to an agreement on price and completed all of the paperwork for the purchase Saturday morning. We left the dealership, to get ready for the wedding, while they prepped the vehicle and final paperwork for us. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the X5. They had everything ready, as promised! Very happy with the whole buying process and with Erick specifically. He was knowledgable, efficient and professional. More
