We picked out our car on Friday night, corresponded over the weekend to finish paperwork, and everything was ready on Monday afternoon. I felt like the dealership team went out of their way to make sure we got in the car we wanted at the price point we wanted in the time that we wanted. The friendly atmosphere, attentive service, and attention to our needs has created a long-term customer. More

Awesome experience from start to finish!! I came to this dealership to look for a new car lease and was lucky enough to have Sammi Naoum as my sales associate. I came in hoping to check out a 428i Xdrive hard top convertible and an X5. Sammi was so knowledgeable about all of the cars and available features. After test driving the 428 i, I knew that I had to have it. I really wanted it in a specific color and Sammi hunted the car down and obtained it for me. When it arrived, it was my definitely my dream car. When I went to get my car, the whole team, including Wayne Youngblood, Matthew Vazana and Jonathan Griffin, was amazing. All of my questions were answered and the process was very organized. I would definitely come back here again for all of my car needs. More

As I was deciding on the specifics of my car, I went back to just sit in the different models and actually see the different interiors and exterior colors. It was totally OK for me to take my time figuring out what I wanted and Tonya Murray reassured me that I was welcome to come back as often as I wanted/needed. She showed me cars that had the interiors, exteriors, and options that I was interested in and was always very patient and informative. This was much more helpful to me than just looking on line or in the catalog. This is my first BMW, I have only had it a week but my husband & I LOVE this car and BMW of Rochester Hills. Tonya Murray has been excellent and the Service Dept manager called me the afternoon I picked up my car to introduce himself, provide some details about servicing my car in the future, and to answer any questions that I had. First experience with BMW We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon to browse the lot as our current lease was expiring on my Cadillac. We were not aware the dealership was open and were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable salesman, Frank Sandomierski. Despite the dealership closing within the half hour, he patiently showed us vehicles and discussed pricing and options. After discussing what we were looking for, he showed us the 528i limited edition you had on the lot. I fell in love with it! Frank answered all our question and regardless of the lateness of the day allowed us to test drive it. Excellent first experience with BMW. Enjoying the car ride and still learning the ins and outs of the inside workings of the car. More
