The purchase experience was hassle free and the negotiation was quick. Tonya kept me apprised of my car's build status and gave me updates as it was shipped across the Atlantic. About 9 weeks later, my new BMW arrived and she had me into the dealership the day after delivery to take the car home - I was in and out and enjoying my new ride in less than 60 minutes!
