Great Service. Very Efficient! My first interaction was brief but right to the point. I was assigned to the proper salesman and most of our interaction was via e-mail. Erick Grabruck was able to meet all of my needs and do so in a quick an efficient manner. I started looking on Tuesday and left with the car on Saturday. The credit application was very easy and the facilities were very nice. The only delay would have been finishing the paper-work. My appointment was at 10:30am and I did not leave until 1:30pm. I do understand Saturday is a busier day but that portion of the process was a bit slow. Over all excellent experience, I have some colleagues that I would absolutely refer. Thank you! More

Entire process a joy! I just leased by 2nd BMW with BMW of Rochester HiIls and Richard Bell was my salesman for both transactions. I do not feel it is appropriate to call him my salesman-he has become a friend. He has helped me so much over the last 3+ years with my vehicles. It is not unusual for me to give him a request for tech support and he always gets me straightened out. The service department is always amazing, they do not keep you waiting and my car is always returned to me much cleaner than when I left it with them! I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills and Richard Bell-they do an amazing job and make you look forward to your next BMW! More
