My experience with my sales advisor Erick at BMW of Rochester Hills was absolutely flawless. I had found a car on Autotrader and stopped in at the dealership without warning to look at the car. Erick greeted us happily and answered all of our questions without hesitation, or a sense that he was feeding us answers that we wanted to hear. Really a quite refreshing experience right from the get go. It was late in the day, close to closing time and he was more than happy to stick around and let us take a test drive of the 535ix M Sport. I contacted him via e-mail the next morning with some of my concerns with the vehicle cosmetically. The very same day, even before I could get back to the dealership, they had my concerns repaired flawlessly. As I walked into the dealership, again without warning.. My phone chimes with an email from Erick letting me know that the car is ready for my review at my leisure. I inspected the car again and I was honestly blown away by what I considered some pretty complicated dents in the ridge line of the hood, completely gone, with a smooth transition like it was never dented. Thrilled! We went back inside and discussed financing, costs, maintenance, and service plans. His ability to carry candor and a professional attitude pleased me. A zero pressure atmosphere with an attention to customer happiness is simply the only way I can describe my experience. More
