My second BMW purchasing experience. I am very pleased with my new BMW. I feel better about this one than I did my first one which was purchased at the east pointe location. To be honest I am very pleased with my new BMW. I feel better about this one than I did my first one which was purchased at the east pointe location. To be honest I did come to this dealer ship first several years ago before heading to east point one instead (they ended up having a car I did want and not the Rochester location at the time). My experience with Erick was great. He was easy going, informative, answered all my questions, great with communication and thorough. I did deal with someone else there and it was not the same. Erick is top notch and I would recommend him to anyone. The next BMW I get he better sell me it. Attitude is everything and his blows everyone else there away. (Sorry other sales people there) See you in a few years for a new one! Since this is a rating I have to be honest. Erick sent me to brad because I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new lease or buy used. I wanted Erick regardless but I respected what he said. Brad seemed nice from the start but I quickly lost that feeling. He took almost a 5 minute phone call while he was supposed to be looking up prices for me on a lease and it was rather unprofessional. You're with a customer, call that person back when you're done. I listened in on the convo and it seemed to be about a car in the beginning but then changed to details about someone's health.. The whole time I'm just sitting there waiting for him to actually help me instead of ignore me. Finally he did and to be honest I already lost interest. I wouldn't have dealt with him in the end if it came down to it. I found it rude and he didn't seem as if he was interested in helping me. Maybe it was because I told him the price I was looking to spend or the car I was interested in... Who know but he would have my gotten my sale regardless Any ways thanks again Erick is great and not trying to get anyone in trouble here but just try and touch up on a few things. It goes a long way in my book! More
