Car still has issues after two costly repairs that I paid out of pocket and through car warranty. Read the reviews and you will see this place is overcharging and looking for extra money at the cost of the customer. Don't patronize this business. Go elsewhere! More

Took my 2023 W M340 Xdrive for the first service. My appointment was at 0730. I dropped off the car at 0723. Went to check on it at 1446 and the dar was not done. Over 7 hours to change the oil and do an inspection, 7hrs, really???? The id.. at the counter asked me at 1515 if I could bring it on Friday, really? Why was I given an appointment for Wednesday 22 Nov? Unbelievable. Spoke with Bloomfield BMW and they couldn't believe that these id..s did not get those 2 minor procedures done in that amount of time... More
