If you happen, unfortunately to take your BMW for service at this location, try to avoid Steve Service reps are rude and not customer friendly at all. All dealer ship services would do the same, especially this place is height of ripping you off. Don't go. More

Thank you to all service representatives and technicians involved in the repair. New Vehicle Client Advisor Richard Bell provided excellent driving points when I shared some challenges with driving my vehicle, in his words, "you got to drive happy, and you'll get the hang of it." He was right!!! And to make my stay even more enjoyable, he gave me a bag of Just Delicious Scones that I joyfully shared with other customers awaiting repairs. More

Impressed Beyond Expectations The service group at BMW of Rochester Hills has set the bar extremely high for other dealership service departments. Even though I purchased my BMW The service group at BMW of Rochester Hills has set the bar extremely high for other dealership service departments. Even though I purchased my BMW 750Li through a private party, these folks have treated me like I have been purchasing from them for a lifetime. I hired them to do a "pre-sale inspection" on the BMW vehicles I was making my selection from and I used their results to make my decision on which one to purchase. I have since used their service group to go over the vehicle and "fix" a few items both electrical as well as mechanical. The service results have been outstanding, but the way they have treated me suggests that they want my business and want to insure I remain a satisfied client. Mission accomplished Stuart and Jeff! Bad customer service. I will not be going back to this BMW dealership again. I have had nothing but bad customer service the past 2 times Ive had to bring my CERTIFIED BMW. I will not be going back to this BMW dealership again. I have had nothing but bad customer service the past 2 times Ive had to bring my CERTIFIED BMW. I was treated like I was unimportant. I had the same problem within a month of getting it fixed. The explanation given to me when I specified that I was not happy is unacceptable and goes along the lines of "its a car works like a human body, you have a problem, I fix it". Not sure if this is the best answer when the car breaks down and shuts off in the middle of a busy intersection when it is only 3 years old and CERTIFIED. For the amount of money I have spent it is not worth the experience and service I am receiving from this dealership. I will not be recommending any of my family members to buy a car from here ever again. I dont even think I want to own BMW after dealing with the dealership. I have owned many different cars including a Honda, BMW, and Mercedes. When I go into a Honda dealership I am treated with respect and care. If I gave you my business and time into something, i would expect to receive good customer service. Definitely not getting the BMW experience. More

That was the best experience I have ever had with a car sales advisor. He immediately put me at ease with his friendly manner. He did not rush us and thoroughly explained each feature of the vehicle. There were no 'dumb' questions. A year later he continues to support us. I feel comfortable texting or calling him with a question and he always takes the time to listen.
