PURCHASE OF 335IS HELLO, I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP PICKING UP PARTS FOR MY 1989 635CSI. I MET FRANK IN THE USED CAR(PREVIOUSLY OWNED) AREA, AND ASKED ABOUT A FEW CARS ON THE LOT. I LOVED THE LEMANS BLUE COUPE IN THE SHOWROOM, FRANK TOOK MY OFFER TO HIS MANAGER, ERIC, AND WE PUT IT TOGETHER. THE BEST GUYS, DEALERSHIP, EXPERIENCE. MY FATHER WAS A FORD DEALER(WE HAVE A FORD TOO), THE BMW EXPERIENCE IS LIKE NIRVANA. VERY GENUINE AND CLASSY, I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND THESE FOLKS. More
Worst experience ever any automotive dealership DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR NEXT CAR AT BMW OF ROCHESTER HILLS I wanted to share my very recent horrifying customer experience at BMW of Rochester Hills DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR NEXT CAR AT BMW OF ROCHESTER HILLS I wanted to share my very recent horrifying customer experience at BMW of Rochester Hills so no one else has to suffer what I went through. Don Cole, the service manager completely humiliated me in front of his employees and in the open customer area of the dealership. I had my 2013 BMW in for service (second time as they could not fix the rattle right the first time) and when I came to pick it up, he came over to service writer's desk to inform me that in the future I was not eligible for a service loaner because of a perceived unproven issue that occurred while I was driving the loaner. Loaner was inspected and it was in the same condition I received it. Don Cole was totally unprofessional and tactless in his approach. He embarrassed me with blatant disregard, treating me like a child. I have never been treated so poorly by someone. Someone who is supposed to be an advocate for a dealer/brand. I am new to brand, but not new to luxury cars. Because of Don Cole, I will never buy a car from BMW of Rochester Hills and likely not from BMW ever. In the future, if there is a situation, Don Cole (or better for BMW his replacement) should ask a customer into a more private area to discuss any sensitive matters. He should first ask the person about the situation, not make biased accusations, which ended up being not fact based. If Eitel Dahm has employees like this working for him in management positions, then it shows poor judgment on his behalf as well. It is a black eye on the dealer, the dealership and the brand. After I told Don how he offended me, he offered an apology which to me indicated he knew that he had crossed a line but it appeared to be more of an attempt at damage control than sincerity. Shame on you Don Cole.. AGAIN, ANYONE IN MARKET FOR A NEW BMW, PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE OR RISK BEING TREATED BADLY. I will let everyone and anyone I know about how I was treated by Don Cole at BMW of Rochester Hills so no one else has to go through what I went through. More

Hello Don, Let me start by saying, we are very happy Hello Don, Let me start by saying, we are very happy and impressed by the service we receive by both the Service Department and Sales Department o Hello Don, Let me start by saying, we are very happy and impressed by the service we receive by both the Service Department and Sales Department of Bavarian BMW. My wife and I have been buying BMW's from Bavarian for nearly 10 years; 7 so far. A few months ago, my 2009 528xi suffered an unusual failure from the radiator. Small rocks penetrated the front grill and punctured holes into the radiator nearly disabling the car. I brought it in on a Friday mid afternoon. Ben and Mike in service were able to get me into a loaner until the problem could be resolved. Since it was physical damage caused by debris, the repair would not be covered by my warranty. Sammi in sales, who we have purchased 6 of our 7 BMW's from, great to have him back, recommended filing a claim with our insurance company (State Farm). Service knew my car is critical as I am on the road daily seeing clients, they expedited the repair to get me up and running. The first estimate came back from State Farm just under $400. They said to use a recycled part and charge labor well below your standard rate. Don, thank you for taking my call, your advice on the potential issues with a recycled part and potential void of my warranty if this part would fail. State Farm reconsidered and up the claim to nearly $1K covering the majority of the repair. Don, you were also kind enough to add in a full detail. This level of understanding and service is why I continue to tell others of this story and recommend Bavarian. Recently, I turned in my 2009 528xi for the 2013 528xi. Sammi and Eric worked hard to get this deal done and I appreciate their dedication with putting up with me. You will continue to see my business in your service (hoping not too often) and sales departments. Sincerely, Kumar Jagdeo II More

I don't even have enough time to describe how terrible this dealership is and how not helpful they are. The receptionist should run the place, she is wonderful. this dealership is and how not helpful they are. The receptionist should run the place, she is wonderful. More
Took my car there with a problem that was misdiagnosed. I was told several times that there was no problem with my car. After 3 months and $800 in unnecessary repairs, the true problem (bad wheel bearing) I was told several times that there was no problem with my car.
