Friendly professional service Service was prompt, courteous and professional. I had a catastrophic failure due to belt pulley that snapped. Had to be towed in. Ronald Stewart is BMW of Rockville's saving grace In February I purchased my third BMW. This time I went to BMW of Rockville - big mistake. During the sale the staff was pleasant and attentive. Howeve In February I purchased my third BMW. This time I went to BMW of Rockville - big mistake. During the sale the staff was pleasant and attentive. However, once the deal was made the white glove came off. I had several issues getting my car registered and every time I called to check in I was given a different story and a different employee to speak with - if I even got to speak with anyone at all (many unreturned messages). This dealership's only saving grace is a young man named Ronald Stewart. On two separate occasions while I was visiting the dealership in an attempt to get some help from the sales department - he saw me in need and jump in to provide stellar service. It was not his job (as I believe he's a porter). Ronald is knowledgable and goes above and beyond to meet customer needs. If it were not for Ronald I would rate this dealership a zero, Ronald needs to be recognized for the job he does for this dealership. If more of the employees were as dedicated to their job as Ronald the dealership would be in a much better place. More

Great positive experience I had a great buying experience at BMW of Rockville. I drove from Alexandria, Virginia to buy a 2019 X3 from BMW of Rockville in Maryland because they I had a great buying experience at BMW of Rockville. I drove from Alexandria, Virginia to buy a 2019 X3 from BMW of Rockville in Maryland because they are honest, transparent and trustworthy. The X3 that I wanted to purchase included many features and options with very specific interior and exterior color and no car was found to meet my expectations in entire Eastern region. I visited many BMW dealers in VA, but they just tried to sell their in-stock cars that had similar features that I wanted. However, Maria was different than other sales associates that I've met in VA. She suggested me to order a car for my satisfaction. She also had a long discussion with her manager to offer me a great deal. It was really amazing. In addition, BMW of Rockville charges $299 for processing fee but All BMW dealers I've visited in VA charges $799. What an additional great saving here! Maria was so professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her and BMW of Rockville to family, friends and anyone. Thank you so much Maria for all your great assistance and excellent communication. I really had a great experience here! More
