Smooth and Easy Purchasing Experience with Suvin I recently purchased a 2016 CPO 340i X-Drive stick shift from Suvin. Searching for a stick shift that was certified is no easy task in 2019. I had bee I recently purchased a 2016 CPO 340i X-Drive stick shift from Suvin. Searching for a stick shift that was certified is no easy task in 2019. I had been looking on BMW's website, Autotrader, local dealers' websites and word of mouth. However, as soon as I told Suvin what I was looking for, he was able to locate a vehicle in my desired color and have it in stock within a day. I came in for a test drive and we completed the sale in the same afternoon. In addition to providing me with an extremely fair market value price (I won't say this was a robbery but I don't believe I overpaid), he delivered the car in like new condition. As with most used cars, there were a few minor scratches on the rims and around some doors when the car arrived but before I took the vehicle home, everything was removed and the car had a fresh detail inside and out (including the engine bay). Suvin was not pushy and didn't try to up-sell me on any packages such as paint protection. He simply told me what was available and let me choose if I wanted to do anything additional such as an extended warranty and tire/rim protection. Suvin doesn't mess around or try to pull anything funny when working with him. He simply goes to work to try and find you the car you're looking for at the best price he can offer. Lastly, Suvin has followed up with me to ensure I am happy with my purchase. He also went with me to the Service area and introduced me to several service advisers so that I could become familiar with the people who worked in Service. While I hope to not need the service department frequently, it is comforting to know that I will be taken care of whenever my vehicle needs service. I highly recommend asking for Suvin if you are searching for a new/used BMW in the DMV area. More
