I was very pleased that in both purchases that I was able to receive a good price and have good sales consultants. Maria Cokinos was a pleasure to work with and she listened intently to all of my lengthy requirements for what I was looking for. I am a very analytical person where I request a lot of detail to make informed decisions. Maria was very patient with me and provided thoughtful feedback and advice. I appreciated that she went the extra mile to get me a good deal when during our conversations I added on more packages to my original online build that would have resulted in a higher cost, but she worked some magic to get me the same price since I was a returning customer with excellent credit. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends if they are ever looking to buy a BMW or basically anyone in general. She's great and well deserving of 5 stars. It was also great to work with Kirk Patel on the financial side of the sale. He did an excellent job of explaining the cost breakdown and he explained the different optional maintenance/warranty packages with me. I would like to provide some constructive feedback on some things that were not show stoppers or but they did bother me nonetheless that I would like to share. 1. I had to wait 10-15 minutes even though I had an appointment on my second visit. In my opinion, this is not a doctor's office, this is sales, so I should not have to wait more than 5 minutes if I have an appointment. It would have been greatly appreciated if someone at least told me, sorry for the delay, it will be longer than 5 minutes. I have back and knees issues so standing for awhile causes me discomfort. It would have been nice if there was a chair to sit in, in the showroom or if someone could have seen me and asked if I would like to sit. 2. Would have been helpful if I was told/reminded what I need to bring with me when my car is ready for pickup. For example, I did not have my second key with me and I did not know I needed to have the "blue title" for the trade-in of my car. Since I did not have the blue title, I also had to charge a $140 deposit fee to my credit card. So, I had to come back the next day to bring the second key and the "blue title" and get credited back the deposit fee. 3. In Maryland, having a license plate on the front and back is required by law. The license plate holder for the front was not mounted. The mount was in the trunk, so the front license plate could not be affixed to the front of the car. So, this was another reason I had to come back the next day to the dealer to get this installed. It would have been nice if this was taken care of before I arrived to close out the deal at 6pm, especially since I did not leave until after 8:30pm. In summary, love the car and feel great about the transaction (no buyer's remorse). I am grateful I had Maria to help me make this happen. This was a lease, so I would hope I can work with her again for the next lease. More

I called Rockville BMW to ask about one feature and told the sales associate, Alwyn, the website indicated they did not have the car we wanted. Alwyn took our specs and called back shortly to say a car with the features we wanted had come in and it was on the lot. I was quoted a price and it sounded good if they were willing to give me the price I wanted for our trade in. We bought the trade in down to be looked at, we test drove the car and did the deal in a matter of a few hours. Dave took over the transaction as Alwyn was busy with another customer and Dave and the financial person Jose were great. Mary was very helpful when we came back for the "genus" session to learn more about all of the amazing technology and features on the car. My wife got the car she wanted, she loves it even more now that she drives it and a big thank you to Rockville BMW for making it happen More
