Multi-Point Inspection is a fraud. Took my car in for regular maintenance. The day before I took my car in, i started hearing a metal clicking noise on the front left driver wheel. I told the Service Rep and he confirms that they will check it out during the multi-point inspection and let me know what i needed. Car came back with their fraudulent multi-fraud inspection form stating that everything is fine. When I asked the Service Rep about the noise, he told me I have to pay $159 for diagnostic fee. It was my first time to that dealer and will be my last. Entire service sucks. I had more to complain about but I'll leave it for the next customer. More
