He did not try to talk me into handling a monthly note that was more than I could afford. He was patient while we went through the inventory based on the criteria we provided regarding the model we were seeking. When you go to the BMW of Rockville, please work with Suvin. He is a great person and fantastic client adviser. He was patient, honest, friendly, and engaging. He's also a great multi-tasker because he was being pulled in several directions, but maintained his focus on customer service. The general manager, Mike was very friendly and kept checking on us to ensure we were okay. The Internet person was great as well. He checked on us and offered overall great customer service. The finance guy was very nice and made us feel comfortable and wasn't overbearing. He was extremely friendly. Emmitt was fantastic as well. He helped me set the driver's profile while going over some of the car's features and encouraged me to contact him to set an appointment to go over any questions once I drove the car a few days. Overall, the experience with BMW of Rockville was fantastic! They offer excellent customer service and the customer is truly the focus. More

Awesome Experience! I bought my car a month ago from Suvin. I trusted him from the moment I met him. I knew the day I drove the car that I would end up buying it. However I bought my car a month ago from Suvin. I trusted him from the moment I met him. I knew the day I drove the car that I would end up buying it. However, I drove to look at cars at 2 other dealerships. I encountered more "typical" sales people at these other places and returned the next day to BMW of Rockville to buy the car. The process was painless and simple. I have returned to the dealership to better educate myself about the car's many features and Suvin has always been available to answer any questions.
