Dreadful experience to say the least You would expect that after purchasing a number of cars from this dealership over the years, there would be some professional courtesy following up on You would expect that after purchasing a number of cars from this dealership over the years, there would be some professional courtesy following up on promises made. I guess things turned to worse after my last purchase.. Purchased 2018 X5M beginning of year.(2018). Traded older X5M with 3 years additional extended warranty remaining on it (extended warranty purchased from same dealer). Did not really negotiate pricing, just went with standard BMW incentives. Sales person assigned did not seem too interested in the transaction. His boss was.primarily handling it. Young kid, more ninterested in calculating his commission rather than helping me placing the mats on the vehicle. Upon signing, their calculation came off by $200. No biggie. They said too late in the day to change, they would apply it to a 2 year dmv registration. Fine, I said. They also said they would process the refund of previous car's extended warranty asap. Perfect. Picked up the car and left. Well 2 days later, squeeking brake noises.. Went back. Sales said it is just the snow salt (this was January) and to wait a little. Well after 5 months now, what to say.. 5 visits to the service, still squeeking noises. In the beginning, it could not be replicated, then it would go away by itself, then the car is too sporty and the racing brakes do that noise (was not doing it on the older X5M), and now there is some bulletin about special procedure to do to the brakes. Well, at least the service people were responsive. They may not know how to fix it, but they are trying (and probably tired to deal with this car). The sales team on the other hand, no responses. They were supposedly trying to get the refund for 5 months but the warranty company "would not respond to their requests". Eventually I got in touch with someone from BMW North America (factory rep?). That lady tried her best, but this dealer's sales team would not return her calls. Eventually she found out the dealer had sold me a 3rd party warranty. I called that party myself. They had never received a refund request from the dealer. The warranty company said they will process and send the refund to the dealer that sold it. Apparently this dealership can not get its story straight. How about the 2 year registration? Well, here is a good trick from their finance officer: Apparently, he transferred my trade in's 1 year registration to the new vehicle (I had just renewed it a week before the purchase). He said that he could not apply the 2 year registration due to DMV rules... Well ok, how about applying it as a credit then, since they still owe it? Nope, "we dont owe anything in writing" is basically the answer...Well all is nice and well until you make the purchase, and then who cares. It is not a matter of the $200; It is a very small amount compared to the cost of the X5M. However, it is a matter of principle; you are supposed to do what you say you will do when talking to a customer. Principles (or customer care) do not seem to be part of this dealership's values.. It was straight forward business conversation, not a friendly conversation. No offense to the sales person, every individual has a different style of dealing things. However my interaction with Maria was good and very interactive from the beginning. Very prompt in follow-ups and has the interest to get people to the showroom and have conversation. I walked into the showroom with a different thought process and vehicles in mind, but she helped me find the appropriate vehicle and closed a good deal. Overall the sales experience was pretty smooth and neat. It's good knowing Maria and wishing here success. More

She worked hard to find a vehicle at another dealership which precisely met our needs. She was very pleasant and attentive throughout the process, and we would certainly work with her again. Our only mild criticism, and it is directed at the dealership, not at Maria, is that it took much too long to generate and complete all of the vehicle paperwork on the delivery date (more than 3 hours after our appointment time). This may, in part, be attributable to the fact that the delivery date followed a long holiday weekend and the car had to be obtained from another location. Nonetheless, it cut into the time we were able to spend with Emmitt Green, the technology genius. Emmitt was extremely patient and helpful, but we wish we had more time given the technological sophistication of the vehicle. We know that the dealership has indicated that we can make a follow-up appointment if we need more technical assistance, and we appreciate that. More

I had been exploring various sports cars for over a year, and wanted to test drive the 2018 BMW Z Recently, Maria helped me to purchase a 2015 BMW Z4. I had been exploring various sports cars for over a year, and wanted to test drive the 2018 BMW Z4 28i. From the moment that I made the appointment, Maria was informative and helpful, but never pushy. I test drove the car, she made me the best offer she could. I left. The next morning, she politely contacted me. I was planning on driving a few others, but she improved the offer, again, answered questions intelligently, and let me do the math and make up my own mind. The next thing I know, I was back buying the car! No pressure! And she fought for me to get the best price on my trade-in! I give Maria my highest recommendation! More

I was shopping for a new 330i Xdrive wagon and called ahead to ensure they had inventory. When I arrived, Maria had two print outs waiting for me, one new and one nearly brand new with 2200 miles on it. She didn’t push me on either one, just wanted me to have options. She was incredibly knowledgeable, worked with the appraiser to get me an amazing trade in value on my X1, far more than I expected. I really felt like she was an advocate for me through the whole process. Hands down she is the best car salesperson I have ever worked with and made the experience easy and stress free. More

We took the minimum loan to qualify for a discount, but as soon as they realized we weren't financing most of the car, they grew hostile. Actually said we'd be doing them a favor if we financed more. Didn't realize I was supposed to pay more to do them a favor. Unfortunately, a minor accident led to using their collision center soon after purchase, and they're even worse. A month a counting for a minor repair while I pay out of pocket for a rental car. More
