Great service from a dedicated salesman BMW Rockville, an in particular Suvin, were dedicated to making the deal happen on (close to) my terms and then working around some scheduling issues. BMW Rockville, an in particular Suvin, were dedicated to making the deal happen on (close to) my terms and then working around some scheduling issues. I ended up ordering a new BMW when nothing on the lot had the collection of features I wanted. BMW Rockville never made this seem like a big deal. They treated it as a way to get me the car I wanted, which was the right way to do it. After struggling to close the deal on price in person, we were able to do so over the phone and by text, which was more convenient than having to come in again. Once my car arrived, I had an appointment to sign the paperwork. The finance person who does that was unavailable, so I eventually had to head home. Suvin came out to my house on a Sunday morning to sign the paperwork, then came back again the next day when there needed to be a slight change to the original paperwork. This was my second lease from BMW of Rockville. I would definitely lease from them again and specifically seek out Suvin to handle the sale. More

They were straightforward, very knowledgeable, incredibly warm and friendly , and most importantly respected my knowledge and experience and answered all questions and discussed all elements of the deal honestly and credibly so that I truly felt as though they were there to help me rather than just sell me. I couldn't be happier with the whole process or my car. I have been a loyal BMW driver for many years and as my long time salesman had left the industry during my lease term, was in the market for a new sales relationship just as much as I was in the market for my next BMW. I reached out to many dealerships in the area and had many conversations with sales reps and managers. Some of them were quickly crossed off my list either due to a hard sell approach or refusal to openly discuss the terms that really mattered insisting I come in before I knew if it would be worth my time. Some were definitely in the competitive ballpark on terms (or seemed they could be) but lacked responsiveness and/or any semblance of relationship. I found everything I was looking for with Roxanne and David and now feel very much as though I have a BMW home once again. More
