She's on the ball, knows I'm busy and that I am always time constrained. Once again Roxanne had all my paperwork ready to go when I walked through the door. Roxanne is professional and knows the client! She is also a fantastic asset to the dealership! If you are looking- just talk to Roxanne and she will get you set! More

Maliciously poor customer service My wife and I purchased a 328D from BMW of Rockville. At the time we purchased several additional warranties. We were told that these warranties are refundable based on the unused portion. We reached out to BMW to get an amount of refund and process it as we will be purchasing a different vehicle. After calling no less than 12 times without an answer I reviewed them on Facebook negatively. After that review we finally heard back from David Mills who is there sales manager. He promised that we would hear back from him the next day. That was a lie and we have reached out directly to David 6 times over the course of several days. He has still not made any attempt to contact us with the information that we need. We only wanted to get a total for our refund and get it processed. The worst dealership I have ever worked with. More

I am VERY happy with my new lease, and will recommend all my friends and family to her. For any ladies out there, working with another women (I felt) was an advantage. The General Manager David Mills was also great, efficient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a BMW. More

Roxanne's help with arranging pickup of car at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina really topped it off.
