Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Make sure not to use D'Angelo Cates as a service adviser. Lack of customer service and hostile attitude towards customers is very Horrible experience. Spoke with the Service Director (Jack), he could care less about the issues and would not make any effort to remedy the situation of the nasty attitude from the service adviser. She's on the ball, knows I'm busy and that I am always time constrained. Once again Roxanne had all my paperwork ready to go when I walked through the door. Maliciously poor customer service My wife and I purchased a 328D from BMW of Rockville. At the time we purchased several additional warranties. We were told that these warranties are refundable based on the unused portion. We reached out to BMW to get an amount of refund and process it as we will be purchasing a different vehicle. After calling no less than 12 times without an answer I reviewed them on Facebook negatively. After that review we finally heard back from David Mills who is there sales manager. He promised that we would hear back from him the next day. That was a lie and we have reached out directly to David 6 times over the course of several days. He has still not made any attempt to contact us with the information that we need. We only wanted to get a total for our refund and get it processed. The worst dealership I have ever worked with. More
