He was personable , friendly , and I left the owner of a brand new vehicle. I have had really bad experiences with car buying in general. But I think Suvin changed the game for me. Suvin was so knowledgeable about all of the cars and their features. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. He gave me realistic numbers and did his best to accommodate all my wishes. I can be indecisive at times and assumed he would get impatient. He sat there with me for several hours while I carefully made each decision regarding this major purchase.
