Alwyn Alii Client Sales Advisor Review I think that the customer survey was not a fair assessment of the client sales advisor. The questions were specific to the client sales advisor and t I think that the customer survey was not a fair assessment of the client sales advisor. The questions were specific to the client sales advisor and the financial advisor. My client sales advisor was exceptionally excellent in all areas. The low rating that I gave was strictly for the financial advisor and should not have any reflection on the rating of the client sales advisor. If I could do this survey over again, I would rate Mr. Alii with all 10's but it would not change my opinion about the financial advisor. The financial advisor should be rated separately from the sales advisor because a customer could have a great experience with their sales advisor and have a very poor experience with the financial advisor. I have two friends right now that will be contacting Mr. Alii to purchase vehicles, that's how great his service was but I have also warned them about the financial advisor. I truly hope that they will not have the same experience that I had with the financial advisor. Mr. Alii is an excellent sales advisor and my overall experience with him was excellent. Best BMW Dealership: Courteous and Smart Client Advisor Rockville BMW, specifically, Roxanne and Nicholas, went above and beyond to ensure that I would love my new X5 -- I absolutely love it! Roxanne placed Rockville BMW, specifically, Roxanne and Nicholas, went above and beyond to ensure that I would love my new X5 -- I absolutely love it! Roxanne placed a great deal of care and consideration researching the perfect car for me. She is very smart and courteous. I have back and neck issues, and Roxanne researched every specification of the X5 to ensure I was getting a good fit. The X5 is an amazing SUV, with comfortable seats and a smooth ride. Nicholas worked incredibly hard to ensure that the lease numbers were reasonable and appealing. Both Roxanne and Nicholas gave me the impression that they genuinely care about their customer's satisfaction. At the end of the day, they seemed to just want me to be happy and enjoy my car. This was one the most pleasant car leasing experiences. They just wholeheartedly care about their customers. I will definitely return to Rockville BMW when my lease expires. This is a top quality dealership. There is a reason why people (us included) drive from Virginia to lease a car here. The Sterling and Fairfax dealerships are close to us, but we chose Rockville. We had looked at different models earlier and also another make (we owned a Mercedes). Danny showed us what interested us, and managed to guide us to the right model, at the right price, and also to leasing, for the first time. After this, he waited with us until the Finance Manager managed to get around to us and finalize the paper work. In the next few weeks, as we got used to the new vehicle, Danny was always helpful and available. More

An AMAZING car buying experience!! I am not usually one to enjoy the whole "car buying" process but, the team at BMW of Rockville, MD has totally changed my mind. Upon our arrival, we were cordially greeted by the manager (that's a first) who introduced my husband and me to Client Advisor, Alwyn Alli. Alwyn's up-beat personality was refreshing. His willingness to answer any/all questions we had was appreciated. Alwyn's knowledge of the vehicles was impressive as well. Although I was indecisive about whether I wanted a sedan or SAV, Alwyn was super patient and allowed me to test drive a few vehicles before making a decision to go with the SAV. Alwyn's attentiveness made us feel as if were the most important clients in the place.... and he was quite busy. Mr. Alli is an awesome representative of the BMW brand and represents the best-of-the-best.... hands-down! Fast forward to Finance and James Wang.....he, too, is awesome!!.... pleasant, concise, informative....absolutely wonderful at what he does and has a great sense of humor to boot! FREE LOANER PROMISED BUT DENIED When I asked yesterday for the ‘”courtesy loaner” at BMW of Rockville MD the service advisor said that I did not qualify for one because I lacked co When I asked yesterday for the ‘”courtesy loaner” at BMW of Rockville MD the service advisor said that I did not qualify for one because I lacked collision insurance. I showed him my current State Farm insurance card for my BMW. I explained that any collision damage to their loaner would be covered by that company if caused by others or by VISA if caused by me. However the manager confirmed this was “company policy” even if customers had not been notified of it in advance. Therefore I had to pay Enterprise, which had no problem with my insurance coverage, for a car rental. To add insult to injury, my final bill stated that I had received a “Courtesy BMW loaner car provided by BMW of Rockville (valued at $99.95 per day.)” Really? More
