Roxanne. Scott. JC. The best of the BMW brand in one place! After leasing from another dealership in the DMV, I never stopped using BMW of Rockville for service on my X3 lease because Scott Cascone and Juan Car After leasing from another dealership in the DMV, I never stopped using BMW of Rockville for service on my X3 lease because Scott Cascone and Juan Carlos "JC" Rodriguez were just so incredible to me personally + when I needed warranty service on my previous BMW leases. This time, when wanting to buy out my lease since I love my ride and it's loaded (and there haven't been significant body upgrades to my ride), I mentioned to Scott and JC that I was ready to buy my car out... but needed to extend the service and extend a warranty on my car because, as anyone knows, you need this to keep costs down in the event that 'stuff' happens. Scott and JC took it upon themselves to have Roxanne Roch come to meet me when I picked up my car after a service visit... and she, like Bryce Harper from the Nationals, stepped up to the plate and CRUSHED IT when it comes to service. She stayed on me. Gave me options. Even looked into new vehicles for me. And in the end, I decided to buy out my lease, she handled everything... from new maintenance packages and warranty coverages to an extension of my tire warranty... She is such an asset. So client focused. But then again, so are all of the people I've dealt with here. In fact, I'll tell you, I leased two vehicles from this dealer's predecessor, and Scott, JC and "The REAL Roxanne" brought me back. Why? One word: Service. They made me a fan... again. I can't say enough great things about them. All of them. Oh... and one more thing... and she won't say this but I will... if you are shopping, ask for Roxanne... and take a look at the photos behind her. There is a reason she is the one picked by some of the most respected people IN THE WORLD to handle their transportation needs. Check that again -- the most RESPECTED PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. If she's working for them, and she's working for you... well, that right there... is pretty incredible. I can't recommend this team any higher. More

The questions were specific to the client sales advisor and t I think that the customer survey was not a fair assessment of the client sales advisor. The questions were specific to the client sales advisor and the financial advisor. My client sales advisor was exceptionally excellent in all areas. The low rating that I gave was strictly for the financial advisor and should not have any reflection on the rating of the client sales advisor. If I could do this survey over again, I would rate Mr. Alii with all 10's but it would not change my opinion about the financial advisor. The financial advisor should be rated separately from the sales advisor because a customer could have a great experience with their sales advisor and have a very poor experience with the financial advisor. I have two friends right now that will be contacting Mr. Alii to purchase vehicles, that's how great his service was but I have also warned them about the financial advisor. I truly hope that they will not have the same experience that I had with the financial advisor. Mr. Alii is an excellent sales advisor and my overall experience with him was excellent.
