Bad customer service This dealership I would avoid. I wanted to do most of the up front business online to save time. I wanted to trade in my 2014 bmw on a new x6. I filled out the online appraisal form and inquired about the new vehicle several times. I got an auto response once saying I would heard from the Sales Manager on the trade in value. I never heard back from the sales manager. 5 days have gone by and have not heard from anyone. Now the car I wanted is sold. Follow up/Customer Service and response time is very important and this dealership obviously does not want your business. Go to another BMW dealership where you are appreciated and treated right.
