I did feel a lot of pressure to buy protection packages. Some I chose, One I decided on before picking up the car to be fair. I guess I'll find out if I made the right choice later. I don't like buyer protection plans in general. On a smaller note, I was told initially that nitrogen was required in the tires when I was putting a deposit down on the car. This was a $99 cost to me. Later I found it was not it was not required, but advisable due to the low profile tires. I negotiated a reduced price based on another BMW dealers advertised price for the same product and the manager approved this. When I picked up the car the $99 price was still on the invoice. I had to remind them of the managers deal. To their credit they honored it. It's been awhile since I bought a new car, overall it was a positive experience. This might be nit picking a bit, it's not much money but principle here. My SA Roxanne was very good, I would go back to her in the future, bottom line. More

He is very knowledgeable and patient and made sure that we got the car we wanted with all the bells and whistles. He had to be GOD sent!! Given the circumstances resulting from a previous BMW dealer just weeks prior, Suvin made sure we were happy before we left the dealership and answered all of our questions, not to mentioned he followed up and even went a step further to get us an even lower interest rate. I highly recommend Suvin. His years of experience was proven based his ability to over-turn a previous bad deal. Thank you Suvin; you just earned yourself another customer. To seal the deal, Mr. Robert Ogust, the General Manager walked in Suvin's office as he worked with us, introduced himself, talked and laughed with us which made the entire experience even more memorable. Worst experience at a service center - EVER Have had 5 tires put on car in 25K miles. Each time they blame it on the road. Unable to fix other problems after 10 times for same issues. Service person took my car home without my consent for weekend "test drive" put 180 miles on it and charged me to put gas into the car. Would not admit any wrong-doing but said that I would get car detailed and full tank of gas. I got the detail but they never made good on the gas. The service people are very rude and basically laugh at you when you become upset with their inferior service and practices. No sense in reporting to BMW North America - they just send your letter back to the dealer. Also, once you fill out your survey in a negative manner, they will not send you another survey. Find ANY other BMW dealer in the area before trying BMW of Rockville. More

He was extremely courteous and considerate during my mother’s purchase and mine. It was because of his excellent customer service during the purchase of my 740 that I brought my mother in to buy her X3 one week later. Awesome Sales and Service I visited 2 other dealerships before walking into BMW of Rockville and was immediately greeted by my sales rep Suvin. Since I already knew pretty much I visited 2 other dealerships before walking into BMW of Rockville and was immediately greeted by my sales rep Suvin. Since I already knew pretty much what I wanted, Suvin and I got right down to business and made sure we found the perfect car for me! He was friendly, courteous, and I appreciated his honesty. As I left the dealership, I was pretty amazed as I watched him plug in his cell phone number into my phone and said call me if you need anything or have any questions... and as a new BMW owner, I definitely had a few! I ran into a few minor issues over the next two weeks (like not figuring out how to open my gas door and finding some spots I wanted cleaned in my car), but Suvin was patient with me and immediately responded to all of my questions and fixed any problems I had! Over the last 4 weeks since I purchased my car, I feel like he has been there to help me with whatever I need and fixed any issues I may have had. More

That was the beginning of a most enjoyable car-buying experience. Marshall Douglas (Client Advisor) was knowledgeable, very professional, courteous, attentive, responsive, and informative. He listened well, and willingly and patiently explored options based on my interests. There was no pressure selling, or attempt to dictate the outcome of the transaction (as happened at another Dealer.) I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and respect for my time. Interactions with other staff during the process was efficient. Overall, this was a refreshing and outstanding customer experience - complete with follow-up after the purchase . My daughter plans to buy her next car here as a result of what she observed. More
