A very Pleasant Experience We had a very pleasant experience with Wali Alimi and the entire sales staff at BMW of Rockville. This dealership is definitely not the closest one t We had a very pleasant experience with Wali Alimi and the entire sales staff at BMW of Rockville. This dealership is definitely not the closest one to where we live by a long shot, but it was well worth the hour plus drive to get up there. They had the largest inventory of M4s in the local area and more specifically, they had the one I was most interested in. When we arrived they had the car pulled out front ready for a test drive. We were able to arrive at a price mutually agreeable to all parties in pretty short order and were able to bring the car home the same evening. Everyone was extremely friendly and took the time to make sure we did not have any questions before leaving with the car. We got to discuss the car features with two separate BMW Genius' and got a general layout of all the features. Thanks for making an experience that many people have great anxiety with a pleasant one. I have already recommended the dealership to several friends that will be in the market for new BMWs in the near future. I will also bring my car here for service even though there are definitely closer dealerships. Thanks for the great experience. More

Suvin Viswanathan met me and after a brief discussion he had the vehicle brought to the front for review. He went with me for a test drive and endured all my attempts to test the the car. He has a solid knowledge of the cars and helped me understand the vehicle. He was very friendly and informative. After the drive he helped me see the value of the car and on that same day I decided to purchase it. It was the fastest decision to buy a car that I have ever made, and a happy one. Horrible experience; unethical team! This dealership had the vehicle I wanted. I spent the entire day Saturday working with Scott Sohn and Elias Contianes to put a deal together since it This dealership had the vehicle I wanted. I spent the entire day Saturday working with Scott Sohn and Elias Contianes to put a deal together since it was an out of state purchase and I didn't want to waste me time driving down 5 hours and 5 hours back if the deal was not going to happen. Well, we decline financing which seems to have bother them. Now the dealership would not be able to make more money on us in financing charges. The very next day, Sunday, we called to finalize the logistics and we were informed by Scott that the car had been sold that very day. Basically, BMW of Rockville team sold the car which I was going to sign on the dotted line for and pick up on Monday. In other words, their word meant nothing. Not a good thing since your reputation is all you got in business. As for BMW of Rockville, I am sure they don't care since by the sounds of the other reviews they don't have much of a reputation.
