Extraordinary service and Roxanne Roch-Rigo is awesome. This is my 3rd BMW; I can't imagine ever dealing with anyone other than Roxanne. She's professional and personable. She knows her clients; she doesn't work to convince me about anything, she just provides me with what I need and can afford. She always has the perfect car out and waiting for me and she wraps it up with a big red beautiful bow. I always leave feeling like the special person that I know that I am. As awesome as the service is at BMW, if Roxanne ever left, I would follow her. She makes my experience the Total Package. She truly is the Cheerleader for BMW!! More

They notified me when my car was due for service and made making the service appointment ver The service department at BMW of Rockville is excellent. They notified me when my car was due for service and made making the service appointment very easy. I was met quickly by the service attendant and then by Joy Chilcoat who spent time to listen and then advise me on methods to extend the life of the tires and systems on my car. I was quickly given a courtesy service loaner and was on my way. Joy called me when my car was ready which was a few hours earlier than promised. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed and Joy emailed me a report about the service done and recommended service. Thank you BMW of Rockville and Joy Chilcoat! More
