Patient and professional team I went to the Rockville BMW dealership after doing a lot of on-line research, thinking that I would buy a used BMW from a dealership several hours awa I went to the Rockville BMW dealership after doing a lot of on-line research, thinking that I would buy a used BMW from a dealership several hours away, because I had identified a car at the distant dealership as a great deal. I wanted to drive a similar car before driving several hours to the car I had identified. I test drove two cars with Elliot Kwon and told him what I was thinking of doing. He was always gracious and did not press me to rethink my choice. But he asked if he could stay in contact and continued to provide me information. I did test drive the other car, but, because I was so favorably impressed with the Rockville dealership and the importance of the warranties and care the Rockville dealership would provide, I came back to Rockville. After another test drive, I ended up buying a new car at a reasonable price. Elliot and his colleagues were helpful and always concerned that I feel comfortable with my choice.
