This is something you can not take for granted because the Lexus Dealership down the street, I had to find someone to help us and pay attention to us. BMW of Rockville gave superb service and that alone helped me in my decision to buy the care from there. Karifa tailored his approach to me and my husband and gave us his complete attention. He also help advise us in our choice for a vehicle base on our needs. Danny Goldin was also great in orienting me to the high tech features of our new BMW. I will definitely go back and get my car serviced there and would buy again there without a second thought. Also, I did not have to go to the DMV because of the registration and plates were done by BMW of Rockville. This was an additional bonus. More

I went back several weeks later and spent 45 minutes with Danny learning how to really use all the great features in the car. The genius service is a great feature and Danny does a great job. I won't hesitate to buy again from BMW of Rockville and look forward to working with both Marshall and Danny on my next purchase. More
