Extremely satisfied with my experience I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5. James Tan was my sales advisor and he was wonderful. He spent 6 hours with me as I decided what color car I wanted I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5. James Tan was my sales advisor and he was wonderful. He spent 6 hours with me as I decided what color car I wanted, changed my mind a few times on the interior color, decided on what options were important and test drove 3 different cars. At one point he even searched for a car out of state to bring in to the dealership for me. During this entire process he was patient with me and never got exasperated even though there was no guarantee I would purchase a car that day. James was also very knowledgable about the numerous features of the car and how to optimize their use. I think I got a decent price - no one ever walks away from a car purchase feeling they got the best price! The experience was seamless and I have received good follow-up. Bad customer service! I scheduled a test drive and told that I was not in the test drive list.
