She kept in very close contact with me and responded quickly to my informational requests. When I did the purchase, she was extremely prepared and given the mountain of paperwork she made it go as smoothly and quickly as possible. She immediately helped when BMW Financial purported not to have a record of my turn in. On the financial side, the dealership was not flexible on its fees and charges - not a surprise - but Assistant Manager David Mills was very accessible and forthcoming with all the financial information to structure a loan. Unfortunately BMW did not have a particularly attractive rate for certified used over 24 mo. but that is not a dealer issue. More
