No haggling on price as I had done my homework and new what I wanted to pay. After purchase he has texted to see if all ok. I have had the SUV only 5 days but love it already. Great Dealer, Not so great Dealership I was almost sold on the BMW 228i 4x. The dealer was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would have loved to have bought a car from Suvin Viswanathan. My husband and I were in the market to buy 2 cars. You would think the dealership would want to work with us. They were not open to any negotiation at all. This still did not put BMW out of the running for me even though it rubbed me the wrong way. In the next couple of days, we started reading reviews and speaking with friends who have or had BMW's. The reviews were horrible on the Service end of the business. There were so many complaints about the service center part of the BMW Rockville dealership. I cannot say enough great things about Suvin. If you insist on buying a BMW, I highly recommend buying it from Suvin. He may not be able to swing the deal your looking for, but he will always be there to answer questions or do what he can for you regarding service. If there was a rating 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, I would give Suvin a 12. He is awesome! More
