Paperwork was ready and the financial aspects of the lease were answered honestly. I couldn't come until the last appointment of the day, and finished checking out nearly at closing time, but I didn't feel rushed or hurried. More

BMW of Rockville personnel Nick (Finance Manager) Elias (CPO Manager) , William (CPO Client Service Advisor) and Danny (Tech Products Guru) were instrumental in ensuring a transparent vehicle purchase and delivery experience unmatched by previous dealerships. That said, Nick ensured I was aware of and received a miriad of financing options optimal to my budget. Elias performed extensive due diligence to ensure the vehicle selected fulfilled my requirements. William took time to actually ask questions relivent to the vehicle I wanted to purchase and not one he wanted to sell me. The aforementioned was a frequent occurrence with previous dealerships. Danny BMW of Rockville's Tech Guru ensured my IPhone 6 was fully integrated with my vehicle. He explained and customized my vehicle IDrive settings at delivery. Unmatched customer experience. I have purchased cars from other local dealerships over the years, including Lexus, Acura, Volvo and Saab and none of these dealerships came anywhere I have purchased cars from other local dealerships over the years, including Lexus, Acura, Volvo and Saab and none of these dealerships came anywhere close to the quality of customer service experience I had at BMW of Rockville. We all dread going into an dealership and getting the hard sell and then losing a day of our lives if we decide to pull the trigger on a purchase. That was not the case at BMW of Rockville with my recent purchase of an i3. I initially made contact with my salesperson Elliot online after looking at the dealership's inventory on their website. Elliot was responsive via phone, text - whichever means of communication I wished to use. He was extremely informative and managed to strike that rare balance between wanted to get a deal done but not being too pushy. The finance person James Wang was equally helpful and, most importantly, we got through the transaction way faster than I ever have at other dealers. The post-purchase follow-up has been terrific. I was contacted by a Product Genius and last weekend had a follow-up appointment with Danny Goldin who was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the i3 in his review of all the technology in the car. Overall, BMW of Rockville offers a sales experience on a level of quality that surpasses any other experience I have had in 25+ years of buying cars. More

He listens to what you want, is not pushy and is responsive to your requests and inquiries. Always polite and offers helpful insights. The prices are competitive and the dealership is willing to bargain if you have competing prices. Excellent overall. My brother also dealt with another dealership in the area and they jerked him around when it came to pricing - salesman called back and said the agreement they had reached was "a mistake" and that the price would be higher. Rockville ultimately agreed to an even lower price. Also noteworthy is Danny Goldin, who is a "product genius." He was patient and friendly in reviewing how to operate the car's features. Very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I also had a good experience with the financing department. I said in advance that I did not want any of the special packages (such as extended warranty) and there was no pressure or delay in the transaction. Finally, I have used the service center for warranty work and have had good experiences there. My "go to" service advisor is Joy, who is friendly and knowledgeable. More

Negotiated a fair price, they had no problem letting me take the car to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and they knocked a bit off the price when the inspection found a few minor issues. No problems at all, even buying a competing Audi product from a BMW dealer. I would recommend this dealer to others. More
