A once dreaded experience made very pleasant - CAR buying. We were greeted by Dubois Kelly and I have to say he made the experience of purchasing/leasing a vehicle extremely easy, painless and actually enjoyable. He was well informed and answered all of our questions as well as provided helpful information before asked. We initially did not look forward to the process of having to change out his lease but I must say that we left with a smile on our face and feeling as though we were very well taken care of. Product Genius BMW of Rockville has a service which is offered after you purchase a car, called "Product Genius," in which you return to the dealership and have a kn BMW of Rockville has a service which is offered after you purchase a car, called "Product Genius," in which you return to the dealership and have a knowledgeable person who will explain and teach you how to use all of the features of your car. Given the complexity of cars today, with all of their computers and electronics, this is very much needed an appreciated. This morning I worked with Danny Goldin, who patiently reviewed many of the car's features I was having trouble using and understanding. He is knowledgeable and a very good communicator, and I came away understanding a lot more about my car and its capabilities, such as its navigation program and its different drive systems. More

Ken Kin finance was also very helpful and explained in detail all of the available options. Nicholas arranged for my wife and I to meet one of their "geniuses" (there must be a better name than that), Danny Goldin, who walked us through the many pathways that revealed the electronic marvels that can be experienced via the computers in a new BMW. He explained in detail how to maneuver to, from and around the various functions in the menu on each of our BMWs and even set up the BMW assistance on my wife's station wagon that we bought last year. The job was done while I worked away without charge except for the $50.00 decuctable. Hard to argue with that for phenominal service, which JC & BMW of Rockville have always provided. More

And last month, we purchased a 2015 diesel sedan from BMW of Rockville to replace my husband's 2010 diesel sedan that had been in an accident. Karen Cruz, our Sales Associate, Ken in finance and Nicholas Popovici, the Assistant General Manager, were the excellent people with whom we worked. With their help, we were able to arrange for a special car to suit all of my husband's needs. Then at Karen's suggestion, we made an appointment with Danny Goldin, their Product Genius, to explain the various the workings of the computer on both of our cars.
