If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I went in a month ago to trade in my Accord and purchase a used Acura. I initially worked with Vicky, but after we couldn’t agree on trade-in numbers, I left. I returned a week later hoping we could make a deal. I went through financing with Aaron and left a deposit while waiting for documents to be overnighted to my co-signer (who couldn’t be there in person). That’s when everything fell apart. I was explicitly told the paperwork would be overnighted to my co-signer, who would sign at a nearby dealership and return the docs to BMW of Rockville. For over a week, I kept checking in daily with my co-signer, and Vicky kept texting me asking if the documents had arrived — as if they had already been sent. Only after a week of back-and-forth did Vicky finally call to say they were mailing it that day. So it turns out the documents were never sent in the first place. Why ask for the co-signer’s address if they weren’t going to send anything? Why keep checking on something they knew hadn’t been mailed? It was misleading and incredibly frustrating. I emailed both Vicky and Aaron to express my concerns. Vicky responded with an unnecessarily rude and confrontational message, which made me uncomfortable continuing to work with her. Aaron, to his credit, was more understanding and tried to make it right — but by then, the car had been sold out from under me, despite signing all paperwork and Aaron telling me the car was mine. At that point, I walked away from the deal altogether. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Now, a month later, I’m still waiting on the return of my Accord’s title. I’m out of town, have left voicemails for the managers — and no one is getting back to me. It’s clear they’ve written me off simply because I didn’t buy a $100K BMW. This dealership lacks professionalism from the top down, and the managers have set a terrible tone for the staff. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not value your time, money, or trust. More
