The person I felt with in regards to my car was absolutely awful, he had recommended some repairs for my car which was not clear to me, so I had my son talk to him in the phone so it would become m absolutely awful, he had recommended some repairs for my car which was not clear to me, so I had my son talk to him in the phone so it would become more clear to me, apparently he didn’t like the way my son talked to him. As I was supposed to get a loaner which we had talked about the day before, he turned around and said I have a mind not to give you a loaner because I didn’t like the way your son talked to. When I went to get my car I was really anxious to approach him because if what happened couple of days here also from before when I had to approach him he would say go and sit down I am with a customer now. Just a foot note all my life I have driven Mecedes and this is my first BMW and I love it. My son denied being rude to him by the way More
