UPDATE: As advised in the reply from Rockville BMW, I reached out and spoke with someone named Sam, the Assistant General Manager, on October 30. He said he would speak with Scott Cascone (Service Manage reached out and spoke with someone named Sam, the Assistant General Manager, on October 30. He said he would speak with Scott Cascone (Service Manager) and Will Rodriguez (Service Advisor), and that Scott would be calling me directly. Unfortunately, it’s now been quite some time, and I haven’t heard anything back. This lack of follow-up further confirms the poor quality of customer service at this dealership. It’s disappointing that, despite escalating the issue to management, no one has taken ownership or provided any communication. I’ll be reporting this matter to BMW NA next. *************************************************** I’ve never been treated so poorly at a BMW dealership. I own a 2025 i4 eDrive40 and brought it to BMW of Rockville for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment. My service advisor, William “Will” Rodriguez, showed an alarming lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. When I returned to address a chipped rim (damage that occurred while my car was in their care), Will avoided eye contact and acted as if I was an inconvenience, yet I watched him treat another customer with warmth and attentiveness. The stark difference in how I was treated left me feeling as though I may have been discriminated against — an experience that’s deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the assistant service manager, Jarred Brown, was equally dismissive, suggesting that I must have caused the rim damage myself by hitting a curb or pothole — which was completely untrue. Another customer even whispered, “This is the worst dealership,” and sadly, I have to agree. The photos clearly show this was not caused by a curb or pothole. It’s disheartening that no one from the dealership has taken the time to reach out, apologize, or even discuss how they could make things right. I will never return to BMW of Rockville and would advise anyone who values professionalism and respect to take their business elsewhere. More
