Arriving at the dealer at 9 AM and being told that they have no loaner cars or that you had to reserve the loaner cars which was unbeknownst to me before I arrive so I had to wait until 4 o’clock for my ca have no loaner cars or that you had to reserve the loaner cars which was unbeknownst to me before I arrive so I had to wait until 4 o’clock for my car to be finished. I feel that this is totally unacceptable and feel that customers should be offered a loaner car if their car is gonna be there more than two hours. More
