I just leased my second BMW from Karen Cruz. Well, BMW of Rockville. But the name of the dealership does not matter. For me, the most important is my relationship with my dealer. Karen is great: she is nice, Rockville. But the name of the dealership does not matter. For me, the most important is my relationship with my dealer. Karen is great: she is nice, friendly, has a sense for humor and, most importantly, keeps me realistic. She is not there to just sell as expensive car as possible, but tries hard to meet client's realistic needs. This is what I appreciate and respect most. That's why I go back to Karen, not only when I need a new car, but also just for a visit and chat. I hope BMW of Rockville will treat her nice. Because I will follow Karen; wherever she goes, I go. Alberto is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and straightforward. He clearly knows cars and BMWs in particular.
