Jarrett Brown is great! He got me in right away for my brake repair and was very diligent about getting the issue diagnosed properly. Service length was about two hours, not including travel time to and from Northern Virginia. Totally surprised, that for FIRST time, was offered transportation back to home. I brought my iX to BMW of Rockville to change a flat tire. I left the vehicle overnight and first thing next morning, Zach in the Service Dept contacted me, said they had the tire in stock, and it would tire. I left the vehicle overnight and first thing next morning, Zach in the Service Dept contacted me, said they had the tire in stock, and it would be ready by 10:30. I received text messages keeping me informed of the status and the car was ready at the time promised. The mechanic also sent me a video showing the new tire and included comments on the tread depth and disc pad thickness of all 4 wheels. More
