My visit brought me in to BMW of Rockville with my prior BMW 335xi, after hearing what I needed to get done, I really didn't want to take a chance on an old car which had 106K+ miles, my service advisor dir BMW 335xi, after hearing what I needed to get done, I really didn't want to take a chance on an old car which had 106K+ miles, my service advisor directed me to Marshall(sales advisor) guy, his professionalism was exceptional, he showed me how appreciated he was to work with me on buying my new car. I can't begin to tell you how appreciated I was. I know the estimated 5-6 months delivery was an estimate. However, he made sure I was very pleased with my purchase, to find out my car came in 3 months sooner than the 5-6 months delivery. I was ecstatic with the news. Him sending my photos and video of my car, place a big smile on my face. Couldn't wait to return from vacation to view this beauty of a car M4, still to this day after only putting 255 miles from the day of delivery September 2nd, yes I am milking it no rush.. I am grateful and humbled by grace of God he made this possible. So yes, I recommend Marshall if you are in the shopping for a new BMW, he's the MAN!!! Thanks Marshall! More

We are very happy with our buying experience at BMW of Rockville. Our sales executive, Suvin V., made our buying process super excellent. He is very knowledgeable about BMW products - all the knick knacks about BMWs. During negotiation, he is straight forward, transparent, and fair throughout the entire process. During delivery, he went through the car details and explained thoroughly about all the features the car has. He works very hard and always there for his clients. We would definitely recommend Suvin to our friends!!! More
I made a 9am appt. for drop-off for a routine service at BMW of Rockville (an oil change). I arrived there on time and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for the for drop-off for a routine service at BMW of Rockville (an oil change). I arrived there on time and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for the service writer “to sign some papers”. 30 minutes later I went to the service writer and told her I could not wait any longer or I would miss a doctor's appt. So I left and later got a call from a service assistant with a list of things they wanted to know if I want done like new wipers ($130!) and new tires, alignment and balance (for over $2,000). So basically I was supposed to hang around while they find stuff to sell me. So I got an oil change for $250. But no free car wash (“not up today”). Service at BMW of Rockville is totally focused on up-selling you services that you may or may not need. But I took their suggestions to heart and looked at BMW of Rockville online and found a special for tires, buy 3 get one free yesterday. (By the way, their tire prices look competitive until they add $400 for installation! $300 more than most shops). So today, I went back to look for the special and could not find the special online. They have an online chat option, so I tried to find help there. The number took me to an Asian helpline that wanted to “sell” me a “free $100 gift card” and not too interested in finding the tire special for me. Then I tried calling the direct Service at BMW of Rockville is totally focused on up-selling you services that you may or may not need. main number. No-one answered (but it was around lunch time, so no surprise there). Just kept going back to the recorded options. After I finally found the special on my own (the tire manager didn't even know about the online special), I went back for the special and had the tires installed. The next day I went to drive and the cars says “low tire pressure warning”. The right rear had lost 25 lbs of pressure!! I took the car back and they discovered a crack in the right rear wheel. Wheel was fine before the new tires is all I know. I can't prove they cracked the wheel but at best they made the crack worse because it didn't leak before they changed the tire. So now they tell me $1200 for a new wheel! And the carwash still is not working. Looking for a used wheel now. More
Dealership was very easy to work with. Brian Yuen was great and very honest and transparent. He also established clear lines of communication.
