Have had a great experience purchasing 2 prior new BMWs in the last 3+ years from thei dealership. In fact, I made the trip from VA to MD, because of the better deals and selection they provided. However, I elected to sell my vehicle over two months ago and have yet to receive ANY prorated warranties, of which the "dealer" is directly responsible for (notified on 7/26/25). This is according the BMW corporate, who said they can be of little help, besides reaching out to the dealer and "attempting" to have them communicate the nature of the delay. It has been one excuse after another for the last 2 plus months and I have yet to receive a dime of nearly $8k in warranty refunds. Also, I attempted to contact the business manager, who was never available to come to the phone, nor return calls to his voicemail. I've been a fan of BMW productS and this dealership in the past, but this process in particular has made me very disillusioned with how BMW treats a loyal customer (5 BMWs of record in 15+ years), once one steps outside the family for a different brand. Terrible! They charged me $1,800 to “fix” an issue with my car periodically not starting. They ran “diagnostics,” replaced the battery, and even “updated” the OS. Labor alone was $1,200. The result? Absolutely nothing. The same problem persists, even after paying these clowns $1,800. And yet, they pressure customers for 5-star reviews. So yes, go ahead and trust all those glowing ratings. In the past, they would at least wash my car. But for the last three so-called “repairs,” they haven’t even bothered. Shouldn’t $1,800 for doing nothing at least cover a car wash? More
