When I picked up the vehicle I found the oil change light was still on. I attempted to call the advisor a few times and left a voicemail. The check-in process was alright but what I found inconsistent was the pricing for the DEF top-off. One visit costs $100 and the next costs $220 because of a labor charge. More

Wonderful service and communication provided by BMW of Rockville, especially Omar, the service advisor whom eventually took over and handled my service issue. The issue needed to be reverted back to BMW Rockville, especially Omar, the service advisor whom eventually took over and handled my service issue. Initially, I had a somewhat negative experience with their salesman but the sales manager mitigated the initial bad experience by looking into the issue. I came in with the mindset of buying a car in th their salesman but the sales manager mitigated the initial bad experience by looking into the issue. I came in with the mindset of buying a car in the region of 50k, but they up sold me to an M4 comp x drive fully loaded, which costs over 100k. When I mentioned I am not comfortable with the payment which included higher taxes, the dealership stopped replying to my emails or calls after numerous attempts. Now I am stuck with an M4 which I had no intention of getting into. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The finance person is also pretty hard to deal with for car registration. More
